Refund Policy

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom hose assemblies.

• Used hose assemblies or any other product that, once used, is not eligible for resale.

• Field services already performed.

• Standard (non-custom), unused products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to approval.

• Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Restocking fees may apply.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error of TM Hose & Fittings.

• International orders and final sale items are non-refundable.
