Our mobile service truck serves East Tennessee and provides: • Complete tractor hydraulic hose refitting. • Dump trailer uplifting and part replacement. • Log splitters diagnosis, service, and part replacement. We manufacture hose assemblies using three D1365 Custom Crimp machines, a Custom Crimp hose saw, and hose and fittings sourced from Europe or South Korea, depending on need and availability. Once the hoses are produced, we utilize Ultra Clean Technology’s Projectile cleaning solution, Capsules, and heat-shrink Clean Seal System. We can also add color-coded labels, fire- and/or wear-resistant hose wraps, and zip-tied datasheets to each hose assembly. All assmeblies include a part number, UPC code, the assembly date, and the company name and phone number. Current custom hydraulic hose capabilities: • Pressure washer, break-line, and mobile and industrial hydraulic hoses • Rubber hoses from 1/4" diameter to 1 1/4" diameter • 2, 4, & 6-wire braided hoses • Max length of 350 feet (bulk hose reel) • NPT, SAE, ISO, DIN, flange, and special fittings (for Caterpillar, John Deere, Bobcat, Kubota, and Komatsu equipment) • Kitted assemblies packaged with documentation
